Wish I could give a zero star….I got the apartment Ella’s Court 2 for my birthday on the 14th of March to celebrate…and the person in sight was one Mr. Charles who was obviously the agent or the business developer..

He knew I was going to have a party there and he came for the party …ate my food took my drinks ..and I made sure I left the apartment the way I met it…but this man told me I couldn’t get my caution deposit back .

The management didn’t write to me to tell me why.

The apartment had no toilet papers or towels or bathroom soap…I had to call severally before they sent some to me..

They have no facility manager or front desk person to attend to guests..

My AC was leaking water all over the living room I had to turn it off and was in the heat .

They didnt refund my caution deposit …their service is zero …customer care even worse …apartment had stained bedsheets and dirty pillow cases .

Worse apartment I have lodged in .

The Mr Charles asked me to pay a boy to the clean the place and asked me to fix a chair that was already wobbling with my own money so I can get my caution deposit not knowing it was a scam!!..

Do not take an apartment with this realtors you will regret it…I repeat you will REGRET IT !!
