Terrible experience with these guys. I paid for a trip to two countries and I didn’t get what I paid for. They shortened my trip by two days and didn’t give me the tours in one of the countries. I told them to refund me as they changed their mind on the agreement but they kept telling lies so as not to refund. I called one of their contact lines. The person picked up once and started rejecting my call afterwards. They lure you with a certain itinerary. After you pay, they then tell you the plans have changed but will refuse to return your money. If you like your money and peace of mind avoid these guys. How can a travel agency not know the ETA you need to get entry into a country they’re offering travel services to? I had asked the lady about it but she kept telling me it isn’t needed. If not for an airport official who saw my itinerary while leaving Lagos and asked me about it, and so we scrambled an urgent application, I would have been denied entry at my destination. I ended up spending double on some things and went through more stress than if I had planned my trip myself. Ignorance may be pardonable, but willful deception and refusal to apologize aren’t. Don’t be deceived by 5 star ratings.
