The food is good, but the customer service is not okay. There’s lack of organisation, and that’s why I rated it 1 star. I’ve been here twice. Food is good, customer service is not. They’ll see a couple and serve main meals to one and starters to another. It makes no sense. If you see people together, you serve the same set of meal courses at the same time, not separately.

And then they say oh, they can’t reheat a food that is cold before the customer would eat it. Why? Then the waiters don’t get what’s ordered completely, they make mistakes with it. I still rate the customer experience 1 star, which is too nice really. Too nice.

Edited: I’ve been there multiple times after that and the customer service was better. Lol. So I increased my rating to 3 star for service. Still not the best. I also increased atmosphere to 3, because I sat outside twice now and I preferred it to inside.
