I had one of the worse experience of my life at this hotel. I and my wife came in after a very long journey and were rudely told there’s no room. About leaving then I was informed that there’s room but not yet cleaned. On payment the manager came out shouting at the receptionist why should would give us room and informed us that we can’t check-in the room until 2hrs:30min time that they’re currently doing cleaning and we had to sit outside with our things not with a friendly tone but very rude. We did ask for a refund but was told they don’t do refund.
