I had issues with a male receptionist in their Omole branch. Not sure if he is trained in the field because, I was surprised at his unprofessional and impolite attitude with issues he would have easy escalated to his line-manager. Above all, they are happy people and you can always see a man who looks like the medical director coming out to ask those waiting, if they have been attended to. I saw this as a very good move because, it led him to a woman who complained of not getting Doctor, visit her sick bed for long period of time.
