Worst Spa Experience Ever

I recently visited this ILUXURY SPA for a massage, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had high hopes for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but I was sorely disappointed. A name that would be more suitable for this spa is AUSTERITY SPA. Here’s why I’m giving this place a one-star rating:

Unprofessional Staff: The staff members were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing a quality service. I expected a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but instead, I was met with indifference and rudeness.

Dirty and Neglected Facilities: The spa’s facilities were far from the clean and serene environment I expected. The massage room was cluttered, and the linens looked like they hadn’t been changed in days.

Incompetent Masseuse: My masseuse seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training. The massage was uncomfortable, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. It was clear that they didn’t know what they were doing.

Overpriced Services: To add insult to injury, the prices at this spa are exorbitant for the subpar service provided. I’ve had better massages at half the price elsewhere.

Lack of Customer Care: When wanted to expressed my dissatisfaction to the management, not only were they not present but even the phone number given was not going through. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers’ experiences and just want customers’ hard earned money.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this spa to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that offer high-quality services and a welcoming atmosphere. Save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs.
