At first glance, it appears modern and quiet. In the bathroom, after trying several rooms, the shower leaks and is full of limescale, the bedroom door is cracked and doesn’t seem to close properly, a generator-to-public-energy switch system makes the light too bright at night, the faucet doesn’t turn on properly because the bathroom mirror shelf is low, and the bed has a mattress that’s a piece of wood with a soft top that doesn’t do much anyway. It’s like sleeping on the floor. The outlet for the coffee maker is broken. Zero maintenance.
