During the facial, I found a roach egg on the bed, making me so uncomfortable.

It was an unpleasant service and let me not get started on how they did not revert to my HMO on time and this ruined my HMO offering.

Following this, they offered a free facial service to makeup, stating their service had improved, and months after, I went there. The day before I booked for 12pm.

Guess what happened the day I went there, none of them were around, with the excuse they had gone for home service to a client, with them asking me to come the next day or choose home service. Oh please. Time and money wasted.

If there was a Star less than one, I would rate them that. I won’t recommend them at all!!! It is a zero service with not effort put in.

Oh, also while I was there waiting, someone came in and mentioned the people she had been sending there had been complaining about their services.
