An agricultural technology company, FarmCrowdy is a great initiative by very vibrant young Nigerians. The office set-up is a nice and open floor-plan for all staff. There are separate rooms to rest or relax, playing snookers. The company is engaged in crowdfunding – pooling funds from investors called sponsors and utilizing the pooled funds in cultivating farmlands and poultries. A win-win for the farmers (increased cultivation and harvests); sponsors (competitive interests) and FarmCrowdy (increased turnover and profit). The organization’s future looks very bright if the young guys do not lose focus. It is a growth company.
