Bad customer services, got there at 9.20am on a Wednesday morning, I was kept waiting in the rain because they had just starting cleaning the pharmacy. I asked if I could wait inside because it was raining, the security guard totally ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager, I noticed a guy peeped, and I was told he can’t come and meet me. I called their 070 number, they just did not pick their calls, this could have been an emergency, for the sort of business they do this lackadaisical is unacceptable ! I hope this changes
