Beebee jump is one of the most unethical companies I have dealt with. After their agent misinformed me about the payment plan, I was at the point of paying the balance as agreed when I was told that my balance had increased. When I asked how the balance had increased they said that I had an app that had accumulated interest. Nobody told me anything about an app at the point of installing their device. They said it was either I paid the balance including the excess or they would come and take their device. I asked them to come and take their device.
Then began the three weeks: three weeks of speaking with rude and clueless customer service personnel that would raise their voice at me, about two of them cut the call on me, the manager I was speaking with would say he would get back to me and never did. I called him on the 31st of July (I bought this device on the 6th of June) to ask him when exactly they were coming to carry their device so I could close out on the matter. He said he would get back to me. When I asked him when, he said he could not give me a timeline.
Come the 5th of August, I had still not heard from him, when I called him, he then tells me that he is a Manager in Osun state and there is nothing he can do about my matter since I was in Lagos. When I asked him to send me the Lagos Manager’s number he referred me to customer service. A customer service staff I spoke with told me that out of the N60,000 I paid as deposit, the company would only refund me N5000 and give me a standing fan. When I asked her what I was to do with the standing fan, she says “”Whatever you want to do with it”” SMH. She then cut the call on me mid-sentence. Oh yes, she did not give me the Manager’s number.
I was determined to close out on the matter and so I called customer service again, this time the lady that picked passed me on the Operations manager who then tells me that I was on a two year payment plan and that what they had on their system was that I had paid N4,600 twice…There was no discussion about a two year plan when I paid the deposit. It took another long thing for him to finally tell me that they would be at my house the following morning to take the device. He promptly cut the call without asking for my address. After we spoke, another person calls me from the company to say that he is the engineer and wanted to know why I wanted them to retrieve the device. When I asked to confirm that they would be at my house at 11am the following day, he laughed and asked me who told me that. And this is just a summary of two months of hell.
All I can say to anyone considering to have dealings with this company is RUN. I can’t speak much about the device because I used it for only about a month, but u know these Chinese products, when it is new all is well, but then i don’t know how durable it is in the long run.
If you don’t want to be insulted and tossed about especially if/when the device develops a fault, please AVOID BEEBEE JUMP, if you do not want to be scammed of your hard earned cash, AVOID BEEBEE JUMP. To be forewarned…
