Customer care was bad as well as the services.
So we made an appointment for 4pm for two people .
we called them and ask if we can make it or reschedule, the customer service representative said we can come before 5pm.
We arrived at the dental clinic
Firstly they didn’t remember our bookings they kept us waiting for 30minutes.
When they came to attend to us we were informed only one person can do it because they want to close.
The front desk agent was frowning the lady with an hijab. Only the fair lady and the dark tall lady doctor was smiling and communicating with us.

The scaling and polishing was just 10minutes
They didn’t take their time
They just did it anyhow.

I and my partner regret coming there.
