The service here was disappointing!!
With the plenty protocols at the gate – documentation of name, purpose of visit, time in and out – I expected a seamless and professional service from the staff. I came to make enquiries on a generator. You won’t believe that they couldn’t tell me the KVA capacity of the generators they had. One staf said petrol generators with “KVA” are fake. And then when I asked for prices, they went to Google to get the prices on Jumia and Konga. This was after about 20 minutes of waiting for them to find the product code, so they could give me the prices.
