The tellers don’t attend to customers on time,the lady’s attend to who they want to attend to first before the people on the queue,and when you go to them when they is no customer with them they will say ,I didn’t call you,I went to the bank today ,I got to the bank 7:45,when is was 8:00,the bank is supposed to open,we where keep outside till 8:30,finally I entered the bank,got to the counter,and after she took my withdrawal slip she said I should hold on,that the manager needs to treat before she pay,before the manager could come out of the place she where ,it too another ,one hour, finally I left the bank by after 9,so sad,when I can very early,I lost alot of customers because I am an access closar agent,very painful,and the last time I went to the bank,the second lady that is fat was only attending too people that gives her ₦500 for them to jump the queue so we that don’t have ₦500 Nair we had to wait for a very long time before we where attended to ,very sad,pls someone needs to go to ajuwon akute branch,access bank,to change what
