  • Review9ja reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Businesses and Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
  • Review9ja does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of any Business or Service Provider.
  • Any transaction or engagement between users and listed providers is solely between those parties.

Some features or listings may require payment. Where applicable:

  • Fees will be clearly communicated before payment
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Review9ja reserves the right to change pricing at any time

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and design elements (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Review9ja. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review9ja, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your content or reviews
  • Your violation of these Terms

Review9ja reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
