Terrible experience. Hair not trimmed to satisfaction but felt finishing touches will be done during styling. Alas he mixed the conditioner instead of activator to my dark & lovely kit! Tried to salvage the situation but t’was too late. Guess the positive reviews here are not legit…to think I was led by it. Not recommending it to anyone cos they ruined my transition to short hair. By the way hair unrelaxed, scalp hurts, wasted time & resources. Off to go find another salon to fix my hair for the week.
