    Truly one of the worst and most horrific experiences I’ve had with any virtual bank or payment service in my lifetime. The debt of inefficiency and incompetence ingrained in their service and customer relations is just shocking

    For 3 days I tried to top up my virtual dollar card, In that time span they debited be for unsuccessful transactions a total of 5 times. I was tolerant to it initially cause everytime I reached out to them about it, the money would be returned within after midnight of the day and I was used to their glitchy service and frequent downtime. It wasn’t until they started sending me notifications that I had successfully funded my dollar card only to go to the dollar card and see there’s no money inside. On the last day the 28th of July, they debited my account by 140,000 twice, so a total of 280,000 and my card was never funded.

    I reached out to customer service in my usual manner about it and without any explanation or anything they said it will be resolved. Midnight came, nothing, 2 days later, nothing. I sent an email, no response. 4 days, half of the money was returned. I’ve been reaching out to them since then about the rest of my money. They have stopped responding on the app, they have never responded to any of my emails and my money is just hanging with them.

    Return the money? No. Give me the $ you debited me for? No. It’s left to file a formal complaint with CBN over this cause I don’t understand why I should have such a foolish experience after I had already been patient about the frequent downtime, shakey service and rude customer service.

    Zero stars, do not recommend and will not be using
