I had a very frustrating experience trying to book a room here. I was given a confirmed price and instructed to send payment, only for them to later claim that the original price was incorrect and increased the rate. When I decided not to proceed with the booking because of this sudden change, Mr. Monday—who claimed to be the manager—initially refused to refund my money.
After some back and forth, he eventually did return the payment, and I chose to book elsewhere. Little do they know, my family and I were planning to reserve four rooms total. We took our money elsewhere. Bad customer service like this doesn’t just lose one booking—it costs real money.
For future reference, if a customer is booking based on a price you publicly list or confirm, that price should be honored. It’s not just good business—it’s basic common sense
