Booked couples valentine package and it was an absolute mess, the massage was so basic , facials was not professional done (my face ended up bleeding cos they weren’t trained on handling acne face )

The towels also weren’t fresh and the ‘massage room’ was just white cloth and wood bed, the ladies are polite but their service is so below standard( I suspect they aren’t professionally trained ).

Massage wasn’t deep or anything special. Even the pedicure was such a mess ugh! Everywhere was very hot and the lobby was smelling of fuel
