The Kogi State Government deserves commendation for establishing this exceptional healthcare facility, which meets international standards. However, to be very honest and sincere, the customer service is very poor and needs significant improvement. I encourage the government to organize professional development training and workshops for both medical and non-medical staff. Thank you.
