Poor customer service, staff not straight forward to deal with, I paid for inverter and solar panels in 2022, immediately after receiving payment, the company called me to say the original inverter l paid for was not available the same day l paid. l was given only one option to go for lesser power x2 inverters of which l have no option, as l don’t want to lose my money. Less than 2 years of installation and having used it less than 30 days in total, as l don’t live in Nigeria, the system developed fault in February 2024. I called the company, they refused to take responsibility and started asking for money for call out and repairs which amount to thousands of Naira.
I regret doing business the this company.
