My issues have been resolved. For those having issues, please persist in speaking with customer care.
Prospa has a very good concept, and they’ve achieved quite a bit, however, they need to work on implementation of their concept.
I don’t know why it took 1 week to resolve my issues, but I figure some of their customer service representatives lack a broad grasp of the issues and how to resolve them. It might be that better training can help here. Just my two cents.
Still, I want to thank the management for all they’ve done for my business so far.
