They do not communicate or update customers on how the building development is going. My house was supposed to be delivered to me last year but it is still not completed. They don’t reply to you or try to explain to you why, they just ignore your calls. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. When will the Chevy castle apartment be delivered and why are there no explanation why there is so much delay????
