Worst hair experience of my life.

If you have natural hair don’t go here.

They’d hate to do your hair and say it is your fault, gossip about you in Yoruba, and when/if you complain about the service, they don’t have any real and tangible ways to rectify your complaint.

The stylist that works on my hair (Blessing) couldn’t wash hair properly, didn’t shampoo my hair properly (when I got home after leaving the service, there was still shampoo in my hair).

She was also rude and almost ripped my ears off because she wasn’t paying attention and was combing aggressively. And when I got up to leave, she didn’t even apologize.

I feel like if you want to offer services, you should care about the quality and knowing what you’re doing.
