Very Disappointing. From the staff mistakenly forgetting “the official hotel bank account” when i wanted to pay. To the rude profiling by your gateman. He rudely asked us to drop the key even though 3 cars drove out right in front of us and were never subjected to the harrassment and we had actually dropped the key.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. Called the kitchen for an update she picked and cut the call without even giving confirmation.

Treated us weirdly by doing a room check and saying we would be liable for laundry cause there was a make up stain on a sheet. Thankfully your laundry guys agreed it was a non issue and it would come off easily.

Mind you the light’s dont work and the AC is dust riddled triggering allergic reactions.
