Their food is decent, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. I was once a very regular customer (almost everyday) for 3 months and yet they would take forever to get food to me – 5 hours sometimes. I’d call and they will ignore or be completely rude. It’s as if the staff there have no care at all for the quality of the service.
