One of your sales rep named Glory is very very rude and uncouth! I’ve had two encounters with her where she was extremely rude. I work in customer service myself and I’d never never talk to a customer the way this glory lady has spoken to on those two occasions(which includes today). I’m very sure if she had her way she’d have hit me or even push me out of the pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy to get things and I met two of them including the glory sitting at the desk. I greeted twice nobody answered. I did the third time and still no response so I was forced to ask them if they didn’t hear me greet them or they chose not to answer. The glory didn’t respond while the other lady apologized and returned my greeting. I was paying with cash and this glory lady packed my stuff and kept it aside,despite me stretching my hand twice to pay her but because she was engrossed in the conversation she was having with the other lady she didn’t notice and had to tell her that I stretched my hand twice that is it that she does not want to attend to me or what. And I mentioned that same thing happened earlier that I greeted her and no one answered only for her to tell me what does she want to use my greeting to do! Wow! For someone that has been rude to me before and I as a customer overlooked it and I still keep going there to buy stuff and when I get there I’d still greet because that’s how I was trained. That’s a very bad customer service I must say!!!
