Firstly,what u should rather display in ur review summary is a long line for the 1 star rank,and nothing more! Why 5 star rank having the longest review? Fake indeed.am wondering why comments that appraise piggyvest have no single like yet comments that show complaint have many likes. Simply means the problems are indeed more than d one off customers that seem to” like “piggyvest transactions,and am joining the 0star group, if i could drop a “0” i will prefer it. Opened an account a while ago but hardly used it and forgot my pin ,I’ve tried every instruction but no way, called d ONLY cust care line( why an institution like this would have just 1 number makes no sense) & like others have said after waiting more than 10 mins and money deducted,there’s no one available to pick calls. I heard of piggyvest years bk ,how good it was hence I opened account but am glad I didn’t get to make deposits,now to even open the account is a headache, no response to email,ah! What a disgrace to the once thriving piggyvest,know for sure that when Complains exceed likes it means there’s obviously a problem, go work on urself. Me I quit
