I was looking for a gym near me, Google showed this as the nearest gym and I quickly looked them up on Facebook. I don’t think they have a website. I called the number listed as I wanted to ask a few questions before deciding whether it would be worth visiting them. The lady – and I’m using that word lightly – was very rude. She sounded like my call was a bother, couldn’t even tell me if there’s a washroom. “Why don’t you come and see for yourself,” she said. Ordinarily, that wouldn’t be a problem as I would have visited if I was satisfied with my questions but the tone of voice was lazy and careless. And how much effort would it take to answer yes or no? I let that pass. I asked if they have group classes, she said in a very bored , “I don’t know, I’ll call you back” and dropped the phone on me. I was flabbergasted. And no, I did not get the call back. Any way, thank God for her rudeness because it led me to continue my search for a gym facility and to I-Fitness, where I’m currently training.
Oh, I do pass Vintage and even went in once. The place often look desolate. I won’t say I’m surprise. And by the way, the Vintage supermarket smells.
