My experience at your resort was absolutely horrible. The heat in the rooms was unbearable, your ACs aren’t functioning up to capacity. Even in super mode, the AC was functioning at a capacity less than an hand fan. Out of 16rooms only about two rooms could boast of functioning AC. I had to result to sleeping with the windows wide open.
Bad doors, damp smelly rooms even the food took forever to be processed. We had to book for dinner as early as 8am in the morning and yet it still came late and cold.
