My very honest review: I rented the 2 bedroom apartment (on Jasper Ike). I wasn’t aware in advance that it was not on site which meant a delay in us getting to our final destination. When we asked about where we could get food near our apt, we were told there wasn’t anywhere and that we should eat at the hotel’s restaurant. We later learned this was not true and felt it was a ploy to get our business. We were driven to the apt, which now meant no on site gym or restaurant which I had expected. The desk staff told my son wifi did not come with the rental until I confronted her at which time we were told we’d have it by the next day. The apt was nice and clean and on site staff was great. Absolutely NO amenities provided! Not even bath tissue. We arrived in the evening and weren’t offered a single roll to get us through the night. That was strange.
