My mum is a patient at Afe Babalola Hospital In Ado-Ekiti. To say I was shocked with what I experienced there is an understatement! Seeing it firsthand is a great privilege.
The professionalism of all the staffs are top-notch and incomparable. This hospital is a world class! Not once did anyone `begged for money`.
The canteen food is nice ,cheap, palatable and rich!
The doctors and nurses have the best interest of their patients at heart and always involve the relatives in the car they provide.They are quick and responsive.
The care assistants and domestics are spot on.
The environment is clean and tidy,
Electricity is 24/7. I came with power bank but never used it.
There is accommodation within the hospital for relatives to stay over. The staffs there were very helpful too.
There is a supermarket, several pharmacies and even a bank within the hospital ground!
The students.. Oh my God… very respectful.

Cons- The cleaners need more training on how to clean . They also need to change their mop heads from time to time. They should not use same mop to clean the wards, toilets and corridors.
Please note; the cleaners work very hard but more training is needed.
