The hotel is of low quality. The breakfast was not particularly good, and the service was also poor. I am curious about the hype surrounding this hotel when there are other very good and similar hotels available in a similar price range nearby.
Furthermore, I gave 9 clothes to the laundry guy to iron. Unfortunately, upon returning, one of my shirts was missing. I reported the incident to the hotel staff who then escalated it to the chief security officer. This incident delayed my ability to attend a wedding I had planned for that day. Upon returning from the wedding i went to, I found that someone had entered my room to deliver the stolen cloth. This actions represents a breach of my privacy. I will not be using this hotel again.
