Poor services rendered from a professional even after discussion with the Doctor. As a medical practitioner, I will never recommend this hospital for even my worst enemy. It’s high time the management do something about their services. It baffles me to believe a big hospital like yours with professional( well I’m not too sure they are) will display an inhumane attitude to a pregnant woman who practically received her antenatal care at your facility to the extent you are less concerned if the child lives or dies. All you were interested in was MONEY. And when money was paid in full,baby and mother was discharged. It’s really bad. Despite the fact you all know the implications of Neonatal Jaundice you went ahead and discharged the child even after insisting on phototherapy. The baby was delivered in your facility and you couldn’t identify jaundice but I could picked that via video call…just imagine ……well God will pay u all accordingly.
