The hotel staff are very deceptive because they want to make money, they don’t care about their service. This hotel shouldn’t be operational again.
To show you how silly their service is, I called that a guest was arriving and they confirmed they had the Deluxe room because they wanted to lure me to come, the guest arrived 5 minutes after and they said they only have Junior suite. I had to pay for what wasn’t planned.
Only for me to try calling on another number to ask for rooms availability 5 minutes after, they went ahead to confirm they had the Deluxe rooms with enough availability.
Everyone knows Nigeria is hard but don’t prey on guests just to make a profit. Scroll down, you will see it’s their pattern to prey on unsuspecting guests.
