The professionalism of the doctors are great. Responsive and Passionate about patient well-being.

However, suggest there is more to be done. Get readily available we’ll trained, skilled, PROACTIVE and EMPATHIC patient handlers; Well rotated and schedule; not fatigued ones whose facial expressions and body language tells you they are tired, have been working since morning and wants to go home: then you have no choice than to do the handling job yourself to avoid issues.. Train them on maintaining and sustaining emotional intelligence through the day (not just in the morning). General customer service needs to be addressed.

You can have the state of art equipment, the best hands, but poor service delivery can cost you a whole lot.

Keep thriving for excellence. You are doing good, but doing better won’t be a bad idea.
