It’s my first time being at this hospital today, at the HMO building specifically; and I must say it’s terribly terrible… customer relationship is worse than zero, and I’ll say the personnels there aren’t interested in working, even when a patient is offering help (which isn’t supposed to be) to be attended to, they were just non challant…
