Pls how can I contact the people that’s in charge of Rehabilitation center cos I want to report a certain area before OWODE onirin where you see about 7 disorder people in 1 street and like 2 of them are using cutlass…it’s strange thou and we need help maybe the Lagos government can intervene and come to our rescue cos one of them chase me with cutlass this morning…..PLEASE OOO
