Lastly, the first appointment was cancelled after she went to clinic for the this surgery. No communication whatsoever from the clinic. Imagine, spending hours on the road only to arrive for your appointment and it was cancelled. Why didn’t your hospital call or send a text, so that she would embark on the journey. The second time (the day of the surgery), the doctor arrived late and she had to wait. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend your clinic to anyone.
