I paid for 12/14″ and what was braided was 5/8″. This length is almost a N100k difference so imagine how infuriating that was. For that amount and I literally struggle to pack the hair. I even had to ask the stylists if I should get a ruler and they insisted that was the length. So it seems the saloon’s inches is different from the normal inches we know and no one communicated that.

The volume was scanty, and this is after asking if I wanted it full and I said yes. I can only imagine what “not full” will look like.

The colour was off what I asked for and the defense was colour is different on weavon and extensions (like I was blind)
If you must go here, sort these issues out first before you make a deposit or come with your own extension if they allow.
