Service was okay. Enjoyed my massage and service was provided in a timely manner with my time exhausted. There was quiet and soft music in the background which helped in the sooting ambience of the spa. Packing space was also not an issue because its located in a lovely hotel. Cons: I had an appointment in surulere which was rescheduled to this location due to a faulty sauna. 7 minutes to my appointment time when I was very at the location, I got a call telling me their sauna was also bad claiming it got faulty a day before. I think they can do better with communication and scheduling. I just hope I don’t get this reoccurring issue because I already applied for the total wellness package. Space is also very small but manageable.
