I I initially booked a Swedish massage, but unfortunately the experience was uncomfortable rather than relaxing. The therapist (Omolola) used mostly her fingertips, which felt painful, and I could feel her nails on my body. This caused me distress and did not provide the relief I was expecting from the massage.
Hoping to feel better afterward, I decided to use the sauna, but that experience was also disappointing. The sauna did not feel hot enough, and I later realized I may have been given incorrect information by the therapist, who advised that water should be added only when the temperature is very hot. Despite following this guidance, the sauna did not function as expected.
I shared my concerns with the therapist, but she informed me that my time was up and did not further address my discomfort. I then spoke with the reception staff, who were friendly and attentive, and explained that the sauna might require servicing. While I appreciated the warm response at reception, overall the experience did not meet my expectations for relaxation and quality of service.
