Just a decent place and calm serene but not the best place to be. Nice and spacious rooms but very poor service. I was forced to shower with hot water 💦 for over 3 days even after complaining about it. Nothing was done about. Most times you request for items like tissue paper and you have to end picking up from down stairs or your wait for 2 days. I would usually go downstairs to pick up toilet paper when I need to use the toilet as no one will bring it up.
The power goes off and takes so many minutes to come on again
The refrigerator is looking very nasty on the inside. Cleaners would regularly clean my room without changing towels. The TV wasn’t clear and after complaining for over a week nothing was done about it. Apart from the calm and nice atmosphere they really need so much improvement.
