The location is great. That is the only good thing about the hotel. The service is extremely poor. The AC not working properly. Complained severally but no show till around 10pm wanting to change room. Pipe leaking in the bathroom. Loud and scary change over maneuvers. Skimping on daily supplies. Limited variety for breakfast. The variety available one can do without. The straw that broke the camel’s back? Just woke up sweating profusely to no light. Notices light in the hallway. Called the reception and someone came over with multiple cards till another worked. Now I’m finding it difficult to go back to sleep.
