Had a pleasant stay here. Food was superb (special thanks to Silver). Great nightlife. Excellent customer service. Complimentary breakfast was barely there though. For business travel, the distance from the City centre combined with the heavy evening traffic can be frustrating.

Terrible experience. Utterly poor customer services. The airconditioner doesn’t work. You have to beg for morning coffee and their “free” breakfast. Asking for a glass for water is like asking for the impossible. I will never lodge their again!

It’s a beautiful hotel, on a busy road. You can hangout in the VIP bar but you will have to pay more. Sitting outside the bar you can order for barbecue and Siya including drinks.

They need to get their act together. Wifi is frustrating, customer service is poor, we had to call for room service to clean the room, food is not so great…for the price you’re better off somewhere. Just pay a lil extra for someone else and avoid the bullsh*t

Looks expensive. But the security is not what I expected. I came to see a client for business and front desk was unaware and didn’t even placed a call to the room, just told me the room number and that was it… just trolled right in.
