To the Management,

Based on my extensive experience traveling and staying in various hotels across Nigeria, I must assert that your establishment employs the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered. It is unacceptable for a staff member to answer a corporate phone with the phrase “I can hear you,” demonstrating a complete lack of basic etiquette and customer service skills. Your staff’s inadequate training is glaring and, if not urgently addressed, will lead to the downfall of your hotel.
When I confronted the receptionist in person about her behavior, she displayed no remorse and continued her rude demeanor, showing a blatant disregard for professionalism. There are countless qualified customer service professionals available, and I strongly urge you to either replace this individual or invest in serious, immediate training for your current staff. Failure to take this feedback seriously will undoubtedly harm your reputation and business.
